Fashion Design | Today we bring you a summary of what happened during this year's autumn-winter ready-to-wear, held from 14 to 18 January during men's fashion week in Milan.

A unique event in which talent, passion for design and cultural heritage were the key factors characterising the shows in the Italian fashion capital.

The spotlight focused on the emerging companies of the moment, which in just a few years have managed to occupy prominent places among the 47 participating brands.

Alongside the great protagonists of Made in Italy such as Zegna and Armani, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, EtroPrada e Dsquared2.

One of these is 44 Label Group, launched by famous Berlin DJ Max Kosobil in collaboration with Claudio Antonioli. He showed his first 'luxury streetwear' style collection, in which the prominent colours were black and red.

But that's not all. Inspired by the culture of Romagna, a region in the north of Italy, the sustainable company Federico Cina presented a sartorial collection where the artisanal Romagna print was essential, dominated by colours such as lilac, green and blue.

Similarly, the London-based Jordan Luca, created by Italian designer Luca Marchetto and British couturier Jordan Bowen, gave an "urban" touch to the catwalk by mixing London subculture with Italian tailoring.

Other stars of the event were two Portuguese companies, David Catalán and Miguel Vieira. They proposed collections in which denim, metallic weaves and neutral tones predominated. Joined together by touches of colour such as blue.

Catalán chose to highlight geometric figures, arches and the gradient technique using crowns as accessories. While Vieira gave his impact to the line with leather fabrics.

A show where each of the creatives present left their own distinctive mark that will undoubtedly continue to exist and be seen in their future appearances.
