An irrepressible passion for the world of gemmology supported by an innate familiarity with jewelry is what prompted Marco Morini to create MOÀR.
The name MOÀR (Moar Jewels) stems from a linguistic study linked to rhetorical figures and carried out on the name of Marco Morini. Marco Morini, born in 1986, comes from a generation of jewelers. Not only does he run the same name family jewelry store, located in Forte Dei Marmi, but has also decided to develop a further personal project. In 2017 a willing need to express himself led to the beginning of this journey, born from a close collaboration with the designer Andrea Ciaponi.
MOÀR is a project based on the desire to break away from the classic idea of a precious object linked to the exclusive use of noble and expensive materials. The goal is to create a jewel and to be able to enclose in it the timelessness of essential elements of eternal jewelry with a preference for innate fascination and beauty of natural gems.
“In addition, enamels, galvanic baths and special treatments on jewelry offer me the chance to make the most of my creative potential I feel inside”.
Among the varied multitude of natural stones, which are shaped by the fantasy of nature, the aim is to select the best ones in order to highlight the authenticity of the shades using a precious material such as gold.
