All our products offered on the page are subject to shipment to European Union and the United kingdom.

Once your piece is packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. A cell phone number is required at checkout so that you can receive text notifications regarding the expected delivery and delivery confirmation. Due to the declared value, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, your piece will be held at the closest location. It is the buyer’s responsibility to claim the pack at the location before it is returned to the shipper. Should you need to hold the package at the closest location, contact the courier and refer to the tracking number to provide delivery instructions.

Returns

Your satisfactions with your purchase and experience is of the utmost importance. Please don’t hesitate to contact with questions or concerns and we will work to find a solution to the situation. Due to the nature of the work, returns and exchanges are not possible. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.

Defects

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exceptions of damages incurred during transit) a refund may be possible. Please contact info@cachoproducts.com within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images and a descriptions of the damage. Before a refund is possible, the defective product must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Because each of the pieces are 100% handmade and one of kind, exchanges or replacements are not possible.

Color variation will not be considered an acceptable description as a defective/damaged refund or exchange. Great care is taken to accurately describe the work and color variations may occur because of differences in monitor settings.

Returned packages

If a package is returned because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the piece can be shipped again.

International shipments

You may be required to pay additional customs fees or duty taxes to receive your order. Cachos is not responsible for additional fees or taxes. If the shipping cost is less that the rate charged at checkout, Cacho will issue a refund of the difference.
