In Hinduism, praná or prāṇa is a Sanskrit word that means “inspired air” or “vital energy”;

The reinterpretation of this concept gives rise to Prannus as a design firm that, based on its meaning, seeks to inspire and generate innovative concepts that go beyond aesthetics where the user lives a transcendental experience in the object-user-space interaction.

Prannus, founded by Terben Pinson, is a brand of contemporary Mexican design that began in 2016 in the city of Aguascalientes Mexico, offering different product lines in furniture, decorative lighting, utilitarian objects and object art.

Prannus applies ethnic or indigenous techniques and materials from Mexico, achieving unique and authentic pieces that define the brand for its quality, aesthetics and innovation through the collections that have been made since 2018.

Today, Prannus is a brand that seeks to transcend through its products and services developing unique and valuable propositions with great sociocultural and economic impact. Making a difference and becoming a reference in Mexican design is part of its mission.
