CRISTALINA Table by LUZMIXTURA is a table lamp of translucent and colorful beauty. Inspired by the light of the sunsets in the Mediterranean, it is a unique piece that emanates a luminous aura that floods with warmth what surrounds it. Apagada surprises as a decorative element of sculptural presence.
This lamp is a product with a lot of soul, handmade in Spain. CRISTALINA Table consists of original ceramic base made in lathe, a glass crown of one to three pieces depending on the model and a joining piece in matt black metal.
It is a collection of modular lamps for which you can choose between several colors for the base and several color-shapes for the glass crown. You can see more details in the explanatory image of the finishes.
The artisanal production process itself makes each piece unique and the colors and textures never exactly the same.

Seller’s Shipping policy & Returns
1.1. Product availability
. If the purchased product is in stock we will ship it once we receive the order.
. If the requested product is made to order, shipping times may vary depending on the piece to be made. The average times are usually 30 working days (not holidays) without counting the time that the package is in the process of transport to the destination.
. We will inform you by email of the approximate production dates and the date of dispatch of your order.
1.2. LUZMIXTURA’s right to cancel an order
LUZMIXTURA reserves the right to refuse any order, cancel it or not accept a confirmed order for, among others, the following reasons: There was a technical or pricing error on the Website when the order was placed. The product listed on the order is not available. The payment information provided was incorrect or unverifiable. Security systems indicate that the order is anomalous or may be fraudulent. LUZMIXTURA has not been able, after 2 attempts, to deliver the order to the address provided.
1.3. Data verification
Before processing an order placed by the Customer, LUZMIXTURA can verify the data of the same. This can mean the verification of the direction and the solvency of the Client and if there can be some fraud implied. Regarding possible fraud, LUZMIXTURA can use a partially automatic verification of all purchases to filter those considered anomalous or suspicious and suspected fraud. Suspected fraud orders will be investigated, and LUZMIXTURA reserves the right to claim legal action against the Customer from the relevant authorities.
2. Delivery
2.1. Delivery: Where and when
Deliveries are made every day of the week except weekends (weekends being understood as Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays in the country of destination. Orders can only be delivered to private residences or offices in European Union countries. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to the following countries: the Overseas Departments in France, the island of Heligoland and the city of Büsingen am Hochrhein in Germany, Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles of the Netherlands.
If you are very interested in getting one of our pieces in a country or city where we are not yet for sale, please write to us at info@luzmixtura.com and we will do our best to service you.
Deliveries are made during office hours. Therefore, Customers are asked to use their work addresses or other addresses where there is someone who can receive the package.
If you want our lamps in any other country not mentioned in this document, conditions will vary according to the shipping policy and extra cost of the logistics provider at the time of purchase.
2.2. Delivery time
The approximate delivery times are indicated during the purchase process. You can consult it sending an email to shop@luzmixtura.com. LUZMIXTURA cannot guarantee the punctuality of the deliveries since it depends to all the effects of the logistic operator.
For the products that we do not have in stock it will be necessary to consult the terms since our pieces are handcrafted and require time to be able to elaborate them with care for you. You can also consult the delivery time for personalised pieces at shop@luzmixtura.com.
2.3. Receipt of the order and verification of transport damage
The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, it will be essential that the Customer leaves it reflected in the delivery note of the carrier. It will have two days to realize the following step: the Client will communicate and send to LUZMIXTURA (by means of the email shop@luzmixtura.com subject INCIDENCE) the details and photographies that justify the bad condition of the packing besides photos of the interior material. If these detailed justifications are not provided (photos packaging are open and photos inside the packaging product) shipping insurance will not cover the damage caused to the product and therefore LUZMIXTURA may not be responsible for the return or replacement of the product.
The Client must verify all the deliveries received in the 14 (fourteen) natural days later to his reception. In the event that no communication of rejection of the products has been received within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of delivery, LUZMIXTURA consider that the Customer has accepted the same. This does not affect the right of the Client of return or change of an order as it is established later in the Section 4.
3.Shipping costs
The shipping costs apply to each order. The exact shipping costs depend on the country of receipt. Areas requiring customs duties are to be paid by the Customer.
4.Returns and Guarantee
4.1. Return of product
In LUZMIXTURA we work with very special handcrafted product. We handle very little stock because our pieces are customizable. For it LUZMIXTURA does not admit returns, the sales are not cancelable and not returnable except defect or breakage of the pieces.
In case of incidence and if the product has arrived broken or damaged, please send the same day of the reception an email to shop@luzmixtura.com with photographies that show the exterior of the packing and the product. Please do not manipulate or throw away any of the elements of the packaging or the inside of the package.
4.2 Guarantee
The products manufactured by LUZMIXTURA have a guarantee of 24 months according to the European law. This guarantee will not be applied if the installation, the maintenance or the use of our product has not followed our recommendations.
Since our product is handmade it is not perfect, homogeneous in its surfaces, measures, forms or textures and in it resides its beauty and enchantment. Each of our pieces is unique and we cannot guarantee the exact same colour in any two pieces from the same collection. Many of the materials we use are natural, so there may be a gradual change in tone over time. The client assumes the above mentioned as part of the identity of the handmade product of LUZMIXTURA.
Humidity and extreme temperature changes will be detrimental to the materials that make up our lamps. Please read all our instructions and recommendations on the use and care necessary for your lamps.
Damage caused by insects, vermin, accidents, alterations, tampering, misuse, reasonable wear and tear or negligence is not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not apply to bulbs that may or may not have been supplied at the time of purchase or after the sale.
LUZMIXTURA assumes no responsibility for labour costs in connection with the installation, removal or replacement of products under warranty for any consequential or incidental damages. In the event that the customer makes a warranty claim of any kind to the products delivered, LUZMIXTURA will replace such defective item with a substantially similar product (subject to availability).
Provided that such warranty claim is made in writing with digital photographic support by the customer to LUZMIXTURA within two years from the date indicated on the purchase receipt and does not involve a defect that could have been discovered at the time of inspection and acceptance by the customer.
LUZMIXTURA reserves the right to modify the size and/or the finished of his models in order to improve the product. In our web page www.luzmixtura.com you will be able to find all the updated information about our product.
4.3 Complaints
In accordance with the conditions set by the carriers, all claims for breakage or loss must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Consequently, LUZMIXTURA has the right not to accept any claim after this period. All claims must be submitted in writing and accompanied by digital photos of the packaging before and after opening to the email shop@luzmixtura.com.
The same applies to claims for manufacturing defects, administrative processing errors or any other claims. Please send your queries by email to shop@luzmixtura.com.
In case of defective product, LUZMIXTURA will have to proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or steps that will be free for the Client.
It will be understood that the articles delivered to the client are in conformity with the contract whenever they fulfil all the requirements that are expressed next:
a) They adjust to the description realized by LUZMIXTURA and possess the qualities of the product.
b) They are suitable for the uses to which ordinarily the products of the same type are destined.
c) Present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, given the nature of the product.
The guarantee does not cover defects caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling, or wear and tear caused by normal use. They are excluded from the guarantee the products modified or altered by the client or a third party foreign to the professional team of LUZMIXTURA.
To make use of the guarantee, it is indispensable the conservation of the receipt or delivery note of purchase of LUZMIXTURA.
The seller responds of the lack of conformity that are manifested in a term of two years from the delivery.
