Seller’s Shipping policy
All our products offered on the page are subject to shipment within the Republic of Mexico, the European Union and the American Continent, except those areas that due to access limit, geographical difficulty or communications, do not allow it. In that case, the customer will be notified and the place of arrival of the product will be agreed.
Product availability and environmental values
All Alejandro Barrón products are subject to availability. The company has strong environmental values, so our way of working is to reproduce few pieces per product model, and thus spend as little material as possible avoiding the waste that affects our ecosystem.
If you are interested in purchasing a product out of stock, we will contact you to negotiate a special order, which could lengthen the delivery between 4 and 5 working days of making, added to the working days of delivery time and the product will not suffer any price change.
If by mistake we do not update the page and you purchased a product without availability already having made the payment, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund in full any amount you have paid, offering you a substitute product before. We will do our best to keep our page always up to date.

Shipments and delivery estimates
Delivery times are made depending on the country to be delivered, they are considered 4 working days for making or making the product at the time of payment, after that period the customer will be informed of the time of arrival of the product in his country according to what we are notified in the courier service, and the tracking number will be sent to the customer.
*THE CUSTOMER WILL BEAR THE CUSTOMS CHARGES UPON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.
Delays may occur, if for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will give you the option to proceed with a new delivery date or cancel the shipping procedure and refund the amount paid in full.
Upon receipt of your product either by yourself or a third party indicated by you, it will be understood as “delivered product”, accredited by the signature of receipt of the product.
Transmission and ownership risk
You take possession of the product by signing it as received, at that time, the ownership and risk thereof will be at your expense.
Prices are subject to change, already include VAT (16%. In accordance with the Value Added Tax law according to the Alienation of Goods in Mexico), FREE shipping costs. Prices may change at any time, and will not affect orders already ordered on the page when they have already received an order confirmation.
Exchanges and returns
Alejandro Barrón’s team will determine the products that will be authorized for exchanges and returns.
We do not grant exchanges and returns with products that have a discount or promotion.
To make an exchange or return, we ask you to write us an email to email@example.com explaining in detail the reasons why you want this task. By means of that request, our team will determine if the item is suitable to terminate and cancel the contract of sale. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Our exchange and return policy has a duration of 5 calendar days after you have signed on receipt of the product, that is, you have 15 days to send the product to us, if you exceed the time of receipt of the product, we will not offer exchange or refund.
The product must meet the following specifications:
1. It must be in perfect condition.
2. It must be complete, including identification tag (hang tag).
3. Must not have been tampered with (washed, cut or mistreated).
4. It should not show signs of use (stains or stretching of the product).
5. Avoid ironing the product if you are going to exchange or return it.
-For our shipments, we usually ship the products in bubble-protected polyethylene envelopes, when returning or exchanging it, place the product back in the same envelope and ask the courier of your choice to pack the envelope inside a new envelope or box that protects it as best as possible.
– If you requested a return, you will receive your refund within 20 working days after receipt and authorization to return the product.
– If you requested an exchange, we will refund the difference in collection within 20 working days or you will be charged the missing amount of the substitute product (if exchanged for a different product), this will be done after receipt and authorization of product exchange, and we will send the new product within the estimated regular delivery time (the time depends on the country of arrival of the product).
