Podr\u00edamos llamarlo un espect\u00e1culo que nace de la cocina y se transfunde en sonidos, creando un conjunto que ofrece a los presentes una experiencia inimitable en su g\u00e9nero. Es en las actuaciones en directo donde Food Ensemble consigue dar vida a su verdadera alma y filosofia: la de fusionar, literalmente cocina gourmet y m\u00fasica electr\u00f3nica refinada. Francesco Sarcone a.k.a. Los cocineros empiezan a preparar, los micr\u00f3fonos se colocan delante de sus manos y amplifican los sonidos de picar diferentes ingredientes para preparar un plato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Food Ensemble - Cucina Elettronica\" width=\"1020\" height=\"574\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CewcbMXMr18?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 115%;\">Al mismo tiempo, los ingredientes se transforman ante los ojos del p\u00fablico y se convierten en los platos que luego se sirven a los espectadores, mientras la melod\u00eda alcanza su plenitud sonora, acompa\u00f1ando a los presentes mientras disfrutan del plato y creando una verdadera experiencia multisensorial. Cada plato un tema musical, cada cena un concierto.
