This study “in primis” presents itself as a sustainable environmental solution for the industrialization processes of consumerism and proposes alternative strategies for waste, ultimately aiming to alter and reshape the public conscience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Solar Plastic Project is a criticism of the current production system, the exploitation of resources and its serious consequences. In contrast, the line of thought is linked to the development of experimental products based on low-tech manufacturing techniques, applying clean energy and recycled plastic materials as fundamental pillars of the design process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Solar plastic, is a project that bets on the creation of objects from experimentation and from rudimentary machines, offering a second life to plastic materials. The narrative of this project is based on the principles postulated by William Morris, the avant-garde concepts of current ecodesign and the use of a resource temporary, the Sun.<\/span><\/p>\n

The idea consists of a car-workshop, a space equipped with everything\u00a0 what is necessary to develop a pseudo industrial activity. A solar oven parabolic oriented towards the sun, allows to heat the plastic particles\u00a0 and later introduce them in a metal mold to create an object artisan, a seat with waste materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project proposes an alternative to\u00a0mechanized production, based on creative tools with the aim of\u00a0building objects with a high critical content.<\/span><\/p>\n
