Ceramic Art\u00a0<\/span> | <\/strong><\/span>Sembra di entrare in un universo parallelo. Un luogo in cui il tempo si \u00e8 fermato e dove la storia contemporanea si amalgama con epoche antiche, dando forma a oggetti che rimandano al passato e a tradizione, forse, perdute.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

These are the creations of Amate Ceramica, the brand that comes to life from the skilled hands of the designer Dar\u00edo Cervantes Z\u00fa\u00f1iga. Born in Mexico in 1990, he lived and grew up in contact with art and craftsmanship and it was during his childhood that his passion for working with ceramics was born.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strengthened by a dynamic and creative surrounding environment, the artist began his career by graduating as a graphic designer and then concentrating more on editorial design and in parallel on sculpture.<\/span><\/p>\n

After a period of exploration of the world that leads him to live between Chile and Colombia and where he dedicates himself to the extraction of coffee, he begins a series of sculpture courses that make him aware and ready to start an authentic, free and totally personal journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

And it is precisely from here that the art of ceramics takes over the designer's soul. A new awareness. A true, visceral passion, which completely envelops the artist's mind and life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dar\u00edo Cervantes Z\u00fa\u00f1iga's creations are a hymn to usefulness and simplicity. Design objects conceived for cafes, functional, linear and with a timeless beauty, which take us back to almost primitive times.<\/span><\/p>\n

Small pieces of art that become an integral part of daily life but which show all the love, passion and care that the designer uses to create them. A mix of sensations that refer to tradition, culture, history and indissoluble relationship<\/span><\/p>\n

A relationship that shines through the color of the ceramic. A warm, enveloping color, which comes from the sun and from the fine and harmonious creativity of the designer.<\/span><\/p>\n
