All our products offered on the page are subject to shipment to European Union and the United kingdom.

* IN THE CASE OF SHIPMENTS TO ENGLAND, THE CUSTOMER WILL ASSUME CUSTOMS CHARGES ON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.

All our products are handcrafted considering every single detail The products displayed in the store are shipped to the customer within 5-10 business days. We kindly ask you to enter your personal data correctly (Telephone, name, address) in order to speed up the carrying out of the order. We will process your order once we have verified that the payment has been made effectively.
In the event that it is impossible for us to deliver your order, the transport company will notify with the instructions to follow for the forwarding or the collection of the package at the courier office.

Cancellation and return conditions

1.Customer is responsible for returning the items in their original conditions and for shipping costs. If you want return an order send an email to info@chavarriaga.it
2.You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to make the return if you have received a defective or wrong product.
3.After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the internal labels) we will send you a confirmation email indicating that we have received your package. It is important that the items to be returned must be placed in the original package. It is possible to return a product only for the exchange with another item or with a purchase voucher.
chavarriaga.store reserves the right to reject late returns, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items to be returned are properly packaged so that they are not damaged during the return.
4.In the event that an item is returned in improper condition, we will have to return it and no refund will be made.
